Currently, our ocean shipping solution delivers from China to 3 countries: United\nStates of America, Canada, and United Kingdom.\n
Our Air Express service delivers from China to most regions of the US except\n266 postal codes.\n
Our Air Parcels service delivers to all countries except: Argentina, Azerbaijan,\nBrazil, Central African Republic, Cuba, Ecuador, Iran，Korea，Liberia, Libya,\nMacedonia, Micronesia, Peru, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Syria, Tajikistan, Uruguay,\nVenezuela, Yemen.
Note: If you cannot find your country on the list, please contact your supplier to\n confirm if they can provide a logistics solution for you.

How Ocean Shipping Works
1. Once you have your Trade Assurance order ready, open the Alibaba.com\n Freight quote tool from the Alibaba logistics page.\n
2. Enter the measurements of your goods and your customs service needs to\n search for a quote.\n
3. Select the quote that best suits your needs and pay.\n
4. Upload the required documents to avoid any delays.\n
For ocean shipping, we provide both LCL (Less-than-Container Load) shipping\n and FCL (Full Container Load) shipping for the two incoterms below:
Free on Board (FOB)\n
• Supplier assumes all costs, responsibilities, and risks from the time the\n goods leave the factory until they pass the ship’s rail at the origin port.\n Buyer assumes all costs, responsibilities, and risks after that point.\n
Ex Works (EXW)\n
• Supplier has minimal obligation; buyer assumes all costs, responsibility,\n and risk upon picking up goods from the supplier until final delivery.
How Air Shipping Works
1. Find products that have ‘Alibaba.com Parcels’ or ‘Alibaba.com Air Express’\n listed as shipping methods.\n
2. Choose one of these two services.\n
3. Click ‘Start Order’ button and complete payment.\n
4. Track your shipment and wait for delivery.\n
Please note that if you can’t find these services on the product detail page,\n contact your supplier and ask them to add it for your order. Also ask the supplier\n for the shipping fee.
