We are always looking to provide our users with easier ways to solve your problems when shopping on AliExpress. Today we are announcing an Automatic-Translation function, that is easier to chat with service representative in different language.

1.How do you use Automatic-Translation function?

After you have connected with one of our service representative, you will receive message from him/her with a button Translate. When you click it at the first time, you will see the user term. Please read it and click I Get it! to activate Automatic-Translation. You can select a preferred language from the list, then the message from our service representative will be translated automatically.

2.How do you change the selected language?

After you activate Automatic-Translation function, you will still see Translate button below the translated message. By clicking it, you can choose another language to be translated.

3.How do you cancel the Automatic-Translation?

If you do not want to display automatic translated message, please click Translate button below the translated message. By clicking it, you can choose Displayin original language to display the original message from service representative.
