To clear your browsing history, please go to the Alibaba.com homepage and click on the “Clear History” button which is located right below the search bar.
To remove your bank account and/or bank card details on Alibaba.com, please go to “My Alibaba” – “Transactions” – “Bank/Card Accounts”, and remove the relevant details.
And you can delete your account via clicking section J “How to contact us” of Alibaba.com’s Privacy Policy to exercise your rights. Please note that your act of deletion is final and cannot be undone. Please consider carefully before taking any action.
