You can re-post an RFQ when its status is Approved or Closed. Here are the steps:
1. Sign in to My Alibaba and go to Message Center;
2. Select the RFQ you want to re-post
3. Click ‘Post Again’ button at the upper right corner of the RFQ detail page as below：
