There should already be a confirmed shipping date by you and the supplier in the contract.
Please follow the below steps to check the agreed shipment date:
1. Go to Orders–All Orders, find the order and click’ View more‘ to the order details page.
2. On the order details page, you can find all of the shipment information under shipment terms.
If the shipment date shown on the order details page is different than your confirmed date with the supplier, you need to contact your supplier to check and modify the contract.
Note: If your supplier has shipped overdue, you can submit a dispute to apply for refund.
