As there are 2 types of BOLETO currently, please check the refund based on the payment type as below:
1- Pay through EBANX:
Refund will be processed to EBANX and will be sent to you by EBANX team.
If there is any issue related to refund processing, you may contact with EBANX team by clicking https://ajuda.ebanx.com/
2- Pay through ALIPAY
Refund will be processed to your Alipay wallet account. You may pay for your order again through wallet or withdraw it to your bank accountfrom there.
