There might be a few reasons, please check it as below:
1. The coupon is no longer valid. To find out go to My AliExpress>My Select Coupon
If the coupon is not valid now or the balance of the select coupon is 0, you can’t use the coupon anymore.
2. You’re not shopping from a selected store
You can only use select coupons on certain items from selected stores. To find out which items, click SEE DEALS or USE NOW.
3. You’re not meeting the minimum spending requirements
With select coupons, you can use them in more than one store. You just need to make sure the stores have the same minimum spending requirements and the product/products you purchased have meet the requirement.
For example:
The store sets ‘Save US $2.00 off every US$15.00 spent. And then you can use US$4 of the select coupon, as long as you spend at least $15.
4. The store only lets a limited amount of users use a selected coupon
If you do meet the minimum spending requirements, but you still can’t use the select coupon on your order, it might be that the seller has stopped accepting select coupons. If this is the case, you can still use your coupon on items from different sellers who also accept select coupons.
5. You’ve bought an item from a Russian seller
At the moment, some of our Russian sellers do not accept select coupons.
