Step 1: Place an order for a Production Monitoring Service
Add the Production Monitoring Service to your order using one of the following methods.
Method 1: Ask the supplier to select “Add Service” when they draft the Trade Assurance order and select the service provider you would like to use.
Method 2. Go to the order management page, find “Draft Trade Assurance Order” button, find “Production Monitoring & Inspection Services” under “Value-Added Services” and click “add service”.
Method 3: Before shipment, go to the “Order Details” page, add the service, and pay for it separately.
Step 2: Make your payment
Step 3: Production monitoring service is under processing
Check the status:To check the status of your service, go to “My Orders,” find the order for which you purchased the Production Monitoring Service, and check the status under the “Production Monitoring Service” section.
Manage Production monitoring order: Please sign into My orders, find the order and click “Edit” or “Deselect” under Production Monitoring Service section as below
Step 4: Check the report
A report will be generated and usually uploaded to your Trade Assurance order details page within one to two working days after the on-site check.
Go to “My Orders“, find the order you need, and click “Production Monitoring Report” under the “Production Monitoring Service” section.
Step 5: Leave feedback
Go to My orders, find the order and click “Review” under Production Monitoring Service section to leave your feedback
Notes:
1.Please make sure to book the service and complete your payment at least seven working days before the shipment date of your Trade Assurance order.
