Step 1: Go to Alibaba.com and log into your ‘My Alibaba’ account.\n
Step 2: Make sure the left-hand menu bar is set to ‘Buy’ and then hold your mouse over ‘Trade Services’ and select ‘Manage Logistics Orders.’\n
Step 3: Find the ocean logistics order you are looking to view and select ‘View Detail’ in the leftmost column.
Step 4: Login using your Alibaba.com username and password.
Step 5: On the left-hand toolbar select ‘Shipments.’ Then click on ‘Shipment Name’ of a specific logistics order to view the order details in the customer portal.
Step 6: You will be routed to the ‘Shipment Details’ section of your order detail portal where you can view all uploaded/still required information for the logistics order. Any sections with a ‘Required’ bubble must be filled out/uploaded by the buyer.
Step 7: Select ‘Shipment Charges’ to view invoices and make payments for your logistics order. You can choose between credit card or wire transfer as your shipping method on the right-hand side of the page.
Step 8: Select ‘Quote’ to view the quote price breakdown.
Step 9: To speak with your Service Provider (freight forwarder) directly, click on the blue envelope in the upper righthand corner of the screen.
