After adding the inspection service, you could check the inspection status on order detail page by following below steps:
1. Go to My Alibaba – All orders, find the order and click View More to go to order detail page. You will find the inspection status under the “product inspection service” section. 
2. Find the Inspection Status under Product Inspection Service section.
