If the supplier rates the review made by buyer as irrational and unjust, he can appeal for deleting feedback by Alibaba in the situations below:
1) the order review has some prohibited messages against laws or against Alibaba posting policy, abuse, discrimination, leak of other people’s privacy or trade secrets, porn info or meaningless message;
2)before buyer makes negative feedback, he threatens seller in communication tools for extra discount, presents, refund, service and other irrational requests, or buyer asks seller for the benefits mentioned above before deleting/modifying review after submission. In the later case, supplier need to provide chat or email record as proof to appeal for order review;
3)buyer uses abuse and personal attach related languages in conversation which is prohibited by Alibaba, or threatens to feedback negatively. In this case, supplier need to provide chat or email record as proof to appeal for order review.
