You should discuss any transfers to an incorrect account with the bank from which you made the transfer.
To the extent you topped up the wrong amount to your wallet, you can either increase the amount held in the wallet through a further top up or make a withdrawal from your wallet (please see ‘Withdrawals from your wallet’ below).
