Alipay Bonus is part of Alipay’s loyalty program. It’s the amount of bonus you receive through participating in promotions or making purchases via Alipay.
• It’s separate from your balance in Alipay.
• It will be applied automatically when you make a purchase using your Alipay Wallet, whether through cards or your Alipay Balance.
• It cannot be used when your payment currency is not the same as the bonus currency.
• It cannot be used on virtual items or services, such as gift cards, E-tickets and mobile top up services.
• It’s not available for withdrawal.
• Each bonus has an expiration date, which can be found on the Bonus page.
• For goods returned or refunded, the amount on the Alipay Bonus will not be returned and the relevant Alipay Bonus will not be re-issued.
