Only orders that meet the below conditions can apply for overdue compensation.\n
(1) During the Promotion Period, the buyer must place a “Direct Order” (i.e. you need to press “Start order” on the designated webpage for this Promotion on the Alibaba.com website) for products displaying the “7-day Dispatch” logo on the dedicated webpage on the Alibaba.com website for this Promotion (“Products”)\n
(2) The buyer must have completed payment for the products during the Promotion Period using an Acceptable Payment Method — Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, or online transfer.\n
\n(3) The supplier must have failed to dispatch the products within the agreed period.\n
\n(4) The purchased products must not be sample products.\n
\n(5) The buyer must not cancel the order of products (i.e. the buyer shall still want the products to be dispatched even if the dispatch date is after the agreed period).\n
\n(6) Each buyer may only apply for one (1) claim for a refund for each purchase order of products. \n
