Balance enabling process
1. Enabling access
For Alipay EU users who have not enabled balance, after entering the [Wallet] page, tap the Enable icon in the Balance module to enter the balance enabling process.
2. Enabling steps
2.1 Binding phone number
a. If no phone number is bound to your AliExpress account information, you need to bind the phone number as prompted on the page.
b. If a phone number has been bound to your AliExpress account, the page displays the bound number. You can update the phone number by updating the AliExpress account information.
2.2 User personal information
a. You need to enter your legitimate name, birthday and nationality.
b. If you’re below 18, an error message will be prompted.
2.3 Residence address information
a. If your AliExpress account does not contain the residential address information, you need to enter the details of your residential address.
b. If your AliExpress account contains the residential address information, the page displays the residential address information. You can update the information by updating the AliExpress account information.
2.4 Setting payment code
You need to enter and confirm a 6-digit payment code.
3. Successfully enabled
With all the steps completed, tap Complete to complete the balance enabling.
