We encourage open communication between our members on AliExpress. However, your communication with sellers (whether via email, trade manager, community discussion boards or other methods) must not contain any of the following:

Spamming
We don’t allow our members to send each other spam. “Spam” means an email (or part of an email) that is unsolicited in nature. “Unsolicited” means the person who received the message didn’t request for it.

Some examples of spam include:

  • Unsolicited email offers sent to members
  • Invitations to join a mailing list that aren’t related to the transaction carried out
  • Unsolicited offers to buy or sell products available on Aliexpress

Buying or selling items which are sold outside of AliExpress
Threats, profanity, or hate speech

Please make sure you follow these guidelines otherwise you may be subject to a range of disciplinary actions, including having your messages blocked, restrictions to your buying privileges and suspension or termination of your account.
