Your orders will be protected up to 30 calendar days after confirming receipt which means you could submit dispute within 30 days after confirming receipt of goods in the event of quality or shipment related problem.
If the order be confirmed receipt automatically when you do not receive goods, please check the shipping status first. If the goods will arrive within 30 days, you can wait patiently; Otherwise you are suggested to negotiate with the seller for settlement or you can file a dispute within 30 days.
If there is any quality issue of the goods, you are suggested to negotiate with the seller to settle the dispute as a first step. If the result is not satisfactory, you can file a dispute with Alibaba.com within 30 calendar days.
Note:
If you did not click “Confirm” in the order system within certain time as below, then depending on shipment methods, the system will confirm receipt automatically:
(i) by express: 15 days; If system detects the shipment is still on the way after 15 days, it will extend the delivery time for 10 days more. In case the shipment is delivered within the next 10 days, system will confirm receipt immediately.
(ii) by air freight: 30 days;
(iii) by land transportation, sea freight or postal parcel: 60 days;
(iv) from overseas warehouse: 10 days.

If there’s a tracking number in your order, you may wait a bit longer to get the goods.
