In case your order information be changed without mutual agreement, such as product price, MOQ, shipping fee be added after order placing, you could submit a complaint by following below steps when cancel the order:
Note: Currently the complain process is available on Alibaba.com APP only.

1. Go to My Alibaba – Manage Order page

2. Find the order, click “Cancel Order” button

3. Select the reason for cancellation. If you choose the reason ‘Order information was changed without mutual agreement’, an complain can be submitted.

4. Select more specific reason for cancellation.

5. Uploading evidence, including the historic communication record between you and supplier, the product detail information screenshot, the offline contract…etc.

6. Complete the complaint details and ‘Submit’. After submission, the order will be closed immediately and in the same time, a complaint case will be created. Alibaba service team will look into it and notify the final result by email. If supplier takes the responsibility for the order cancellation, account punishment will be issued accordingly.
