③ If it’s “Waiting for Both Parties to Upload Evidence“, please click “Upload evidence/proposal” to give more evidence.
④ If it’s “Waiting for Supplier to Upload Evidence“, it means it’s the supplier’s turn to submit evidence. Alibaba.com will handle the dispute in 5 business days after the supplier uploads the evidence. If needed, dispute handler will contact you for more information.
