Q: I got problem for payment through BOLETO. What can I do?
There are 2 types of BOLETO currently. Please identify your payment has been done through which one for further assistance.

Refund will be processed to your Alipay wallet account. You may pay for your order again through wallet or withdraw it to your bank accountfrom there. If you did not activate it yet, please go to Account-Wallet under APP to activate it. |
Q：I have paid for the order but order is still ‘awaiting payment’ in AliExpress.
A: If you have waited more than normal payment receiving timeline, please double check if your order has been modified or closed. Payment cannot be processed with below scenarios:

price has been changed by seller for your order

order has been cancelled by yourself
-
order has been closed by system automatically
In this case, refund will be processed to you once payment receive.
Q: Why I cannot top up wallet now? (ALIPAY wallet user only)
A: Due to system upgrade, BOLETO is not available currently for wallet topping up.
