How do I pay for my Trade Assurance order via Apple Pay?

The payment processes are different based on different equipment.

If you make payment on iPhone with touch ID/face ID on Alibaba.com APP or m.alibaba.com:

1. Go to My Alibaba > Manage Order, Click Send initial payment or Pay the balance.

2. Select Apple Pay as your preferred payment method and click Pay Now > Use Touch ID or Face ID to confirm payment > Check payment result.

If you make paymenton a Mac with Touch ID:

1. Go to Orders > All Orders. Click Send initial payment or Pay the balance.

2. Select Apple Pay as your preferred payment method and click Pay Now.

3. Use Touch ID to confirm payment. When you find “Done”, it means that verification passed.

4. Check the payment result.

If you make paymenton a Mac without touch ID (In this process iPhone with touch ID/ face ID is required):

1. Go to Orders > All Orders. Click Send initial payment or Pay the balance.

2. Select Apple Pay as your preferred payment method and click Pay Now.

3. Confirm payment on iPhone with touch ID/ face ID.

4. Check the payment result.
