Initially Online Bank Payment is available to buyers with bank accounts based in the U.S., France, or Germany.
With effect from December 29, 2020, Alibaba.com no longer support “Online Bank Payment – Europe account”, and “Online Bank Payment – US account” will be limited to users who already have external bank accounts linked to this payment method.
If you have already verified bank account for Online Bank Payment:
1. Go to Orders-All Orders, click Send Initial Payment or Pay the Balance to the checkout page. 
2. Choose Online Bank Payment as your preferred payment method. Click “Pay now” and authorize Alibaba to deduct the payment from your account. The payment will arrive in 4-5 business days for U.S. checking accounts.

New bank accounts can no longer be added to this payment method for ACH and SEPA transfers.

Existing bank accounts linked to Online Bank Payment -ACH credit with no successful payment history in the past 6 months will no longer eligible for ACH transfers.
