Normally, system will ask card used for payment under your account base on order history. Please double check if you have information of required card.
In case you don’t have information required, please go to ‘My Appeal‘ and indicate it in ‘Message’ field for submission. Related team will check and upate you base on information submitted.

Solution: Click “Claim on Alipay” to submit documents for card verification.
Step 1: User will be directed to this page. Click “Submit Appeal” to enter the page.
Step 2: Upload required documents and click ‘Submit’
Note: pictures of both card and bank statement are required for each appeal.
