For Trade Assurance orders, you must make payment to the supplier’s Citibank account designated by Alibaba.com by going to the local banks or through online banking system (if Internet banking service available).
After payment, the funds will reach the supplier’s account within 3-7 business days. Once received, the supplier needs to link the payment to the order and then order status changes to “waiting for supplier to ship order”.
